Key Responsibilities

• Analyze safety data from various sources (e.g., incident reports, audits, flight data) to identify hazards and risks.
• Develop and implement safety risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor safety performance indicators (KPIs) and report on trends and deviations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees across different departments.
• Investigate safety occurrences and contribute to root cause analysis reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in aviation safety, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO Annex 19, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
