Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation safety, risk management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to work with large datasets and statistical analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex safety issues clearly.
