About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Aviation Safety Analyst to join their expanding safety department. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and contributing to the development of proactive safety measures within the organization. Your work will involve collecting, processing, and interpreting safety information to enhance operational safety and compliance across all aviation activities. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret aviation safety data from various sources.
- Identify safety trends, risks, and potential hazards through statistical analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain safety performance indicators (SPIs) and safety performance targets (SPTs).
- Prepare regular safety reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the investigation of safety occurrences and the development of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety analysis or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
