About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement, tracking, and delivery of aircraft parts, equipment, and supplies to various operational bases and maintenance teams. You will serve as a key liaison between suppliers, maintenance crews, and operational management, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing downtime. This role demands a high degree of self-discipline, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex logistics independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistics process for aviation-related materials, including parts, components, and consumables.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and track shipments using various logistics platforms.

• Liaise with maintenance teams and operational staff to understand their material requirements and ensure prompt fulfillment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, and standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
