About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Aviation Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient flow of parts, equipment, and supplies for their aviation operations. This role is essential for ensuring that aircraft maintenance and operational needs are met seamlessly, all handled from a fully remote position. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize the supply chain. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of aviation parts and logistics, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely and cost-effective procurement and shipment of aviation parts, materials, and equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping for all logistical operations.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve any logistical issues or delays proactively.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., maintenance, operations) and external suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations for the transportation and handling of aviation materials.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Aviation is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.
• Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
