About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Remote Aviation Regulatory Affairs Specialist to ensure compliance with all applicable aviation laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes, interpreting their impact on operations, and developing strategies to maintain compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and communicate changes in aviation regulations globally.

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure ongoing compliance with national and international aviation laws.

• Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory approvals, certifications, and licensing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Significant experience (5+ years) in aviation regulatory affairs or compliance.

• In-depth understanding of international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA, SACAA).

• Proven ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation.
