About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's Aviation Safety Management System (SMS).

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across all operational areas to identify hazards and risks.

• Investigate aviation safety incidents and occurrences, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.

• Promote safety awareness and provide safety training to employees and stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive safety records and prepare regular safety reports for management.

• Stay updated on aviation safety regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification in Aviation Safety Management or a related field.

• Significant experience in aviation safety, risk management, and incident investigation.

• In-depth knowledge of ICAO Annex 19 and related safety management principles.

• Ability to analyze data and develop effective safety strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote interaction.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
