About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Aviation Compliance Officer to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aviation operations meet and exceed national and international regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA). • Conduct regular internal audits and assessments of operational procedures and documentation. • Liaise with regulatory authorities, managing inspections and responding to inquiries. • Investigate compliance breaches, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions. • Provide expert guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices. • Stay current with changes in aviation legislation and advise the organization accordingly.
