You will be responsible for analyzing safety data, investigating incidents, and developing proactive safety management strategies to enhance the overall safety performance.

Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret aviation safety data from various sources to identify trends, hazards, and potential risks. • Conduct thorough investigations of safety occurrences, incidents, and accidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions. • Develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems (SMS) and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Prepare comprehensive safety reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics for management review. • Facilitate safety training programs and promote a strong safety culture among all stakeholders. • Stay abreast of evolving aviation safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging safety technologies.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation safety, risk management, or a related role. • In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, national CAAs) and safety management systems. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with strong report writing skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
