We seek a Product Owner to lead material planning and inventory optimization in our MRO platform.

Starting date : upon agreement Define the product vision and roadmap for our material planning and inventory optimization modules. Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business processes into clear user stories and requirements. Work closely with engineering, UX, and business experts to deliver high-quality features.
Validate delivered features and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and product metrics. Collaborate with airlines, MROs, and CAMO organizations to understand operational needs. Requirements Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and material optimization processes.
Solid mathematical foundation with a practical understanding of optimization and forecasting models and algorithms. Ability to translate complex technical and operational processes into clear product requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Familiarity with forecasting techniques and machine learning concepts. Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA / FAA). Experience with complex ERP or MRO platforms such as SAP, IFS, or AMOS.
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in the supply chain field.
