Tasks: • on time preparation, monitoring overall resource evolution trends, and assessment of resulting risks and opportunities in an international context • planning & organizing the preparation of management meetings at functional level and corresponding deliverables • managing cross-function interfaces and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to corporate processes and governance • preparing and maintaining consolidated data pools and corresponding visualisation at site level • driving Resource Management in a ramp-up context • representing the function in the transnational Resource Management network, and seek alignment with stakeholding functions Skills: • Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group • Flexibility in solution finding and open-minded for continuous improvement • Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation • Strong communication skills on all working levels • At least three years of supply management • At least three years of project management • Experience in resource mangement • Experience in the field of aviation • Basic skills in applying new technologies (Skywise,Google Apps, Script, Pandas) • MS-Office Skills (Ecxel) Please send us your CV in English!
