Tasks: on time preparation, monitoring overall resource evolution trends, and assessment of resulting risks and opportunities in an international context planning & organizing the preparation of management meetings at functional level and corresponding deliverables managing cross-function interfaces and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to corporate processes and governance preparing and maintaining consolidated data pools and corresponding visualisation at site level driving Resource Management in a ramp-up context representing the function in the transnational Resource Management network, and seek alignment with stakeholding functions Skills: Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group Flexibility in solution finding and open-minded for continuous improvement Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation Strong communication skills on all working levels At least three years of supply management At least three years of project management Experience in resource mangement Experience in the field of aviation Basic skills in applying new technologies (Skywise,Google Apps, Script, Pandas) MS-Office Skills (Ecxel) Please send us your CV in English!
