Your Mission

• Provide on-site technical support to customer personnel (mechanics, technicians, engineers) during assembly, commissioning, and operation of our aircraft
• Accompany assembly activities, perform and support engine ground runs and system tests
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, both mechanical and electrical/avionics-related
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers on-site
• Conduct technical briefings and training sessions for customer staff (pre- and post-flight checks, operation, maintenance)
• Support customers in their daily flight operations
• Identify requirements for spare parts, consumables, ground support equipment (GSE), training, and personnel
• Provide instruction and supervision in the use of ground and test equipment
• Coordinate and support warranty and guarantee cases, considering contractual and customs-related requirements
• Support aircraft ferry flights and provide post-delivery on-site assistance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic (Fluggerätmechaniker), Avionics Technician (Fluggeräteelektroniker) or comparable qualification
• Ideally several years of professional experience in the aviation industry, MRO/maintenance, or field service environment
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken), mandatory
• High willingness to travel internationally and to undertake long-term assignments abroad
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong customer orientation with a confident, professional appearance
• Experience working with composite materials (CFRP/GFRP) is a plus
• A military aviation background is a strong advantage
