elite Jet Service GmbH has been active in business aviation since 1988, supporting international customers and their business aircraft. At our locations in Mönchengladbach, Friedrichshafen and Dortmund, we provide services ranging from scheduled maintenance and complex repairs to Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO).

As an Embraer Authorized Service Center and a specialist in the Cessna Citation family, we operate in a highly technical and international environment.

For our Material Management team at Mönchengladbach Airport, we are looking for more than just additional warehouse support. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership and gets things done independently.

You will keep track of inventory, deliveries and material requirements and, together with your colleagues, ensure that our maintenance teams have the materials and aircraft parts they need when they need them.

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally in logistics, materials management, freight forwarding, foreign trade, spare parts management or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in materials management, logistics, warehousing or technical spare parts management
• Good knowledge of customs procedures and experience with international shipments and import/export processes
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Confident use of ERP or inventory management systems and a high level of IT proficiency
• A quick grasp of new tasks and a careful, attentive and structured approach to your work
• A high level of initiative and ownership – you recognise priorities and move tasks forward independently
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to follow up on discrepancies until they are fully resolved
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview when handling several priorities at the same time
• A team-oriented approach and clear, professional communication skills
