About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate complex aviation systems and subsystems, including avionics, power, and communication systems.
• Perform system requirements analysis, definition, and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct system-level testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis using simulation and real-world data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, mechanical) to ensure system compatibility and integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in aviation systems engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation systems engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, V-model development, and requirements management.
• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
• Experience with avionics standards (e.g., ARINC, DO-178C, DO-254) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and remote collaboration skills.
