Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant - Aviation/Logistics

In this role you guide customers through data-driven transformations using Celonis Process Intelligence. You act as a trusted advisor, translating strategic goals into value realizations and multi-stakeholder roadmaps. You will build demos and business cases, run value workshops, and drive adoption across industries, collaborating with partners and Celonis Services. The focus is on aviation/logistics and shaping long-term value for customers through platform adoption and process improvements.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Identify and frame value by translating strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win customers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and articulate the value opportunity to C-level executives
• Facilitate value-driven workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancements using Celonis
• Derive improvement measures across core business functions and drive enterprise-wide change actions
• Present realized value to senior management and executives
• Manage end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Analytical experience focused on delivering value via data analysis and software deployment
• Customer-facing background in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or an in-house data analytics role
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with RPA/BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases for business process Improvement and deploying change initiatives
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation skills
• Domain knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain and experience with strategic transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Aviation/Logistics/Transportation preferred
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
• Native-level German language skills for workshops and executive presentations
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Change-agent mindset and training experience for users/process owners
• Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building across sales, services, and partners
• SaaS software deployment and adoption experience
• Experience with SAP and BI tooling
• RPA and dashboard/app development
