About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote safety audits and inspections of aviation operations, including airlines, maintenance organizations, and training facilities.
• Analyze safety data, incident reports, and audit findings to identify trends and potential risks.
• Develop and implement tailored safety management systems (SMS) and risk mitigation plans for clients.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on regulatory compliance and best practices in aviation safety.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, findings, and action plans for client review and implementation.
• Facilitate remote safety training sessions and workshops for client personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global aviation safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of safety assessment services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation safety, regulation, or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO, EASA, or FAA safety regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and developing SMS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Professional certifications in aviation safety (e.g., Certified Aviation Safety Auditor) are highly preferred.
