Working remotely, you will conduct audits, develop compliance programs, and provide expert guidance to various departments. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate intricate regulatory frameworks from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and disseminate changes in international and national aviation regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies across the organization.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Investigate compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and track their implementation.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company in compliance-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in aviation regulatory compliance , safety management, or auditing.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO, EASA, FAA, or equivalent aviation regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory information remotely.
