Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret evolving aviation regulations and standards from authorities such as ICAO, EASA, and local CAA.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance across all operational departments.
• Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation.
• Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements.
• Investigate and manage any compliance-related issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in aviation compliance , regulatory affairs, or a related legal field within the aviation sector.
• In-depth knowledge of international and local aviation regulations and certification standards.
• Proven ability to conduct compliance audits and develop effective policies.
• Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote collaboration.
• Relevant degree in Aviation Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
