Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's aviation compliance program.
• Oversee regulatory adherence for all aspects of flight operations, maintenance, and safety management systems.

• Interpret and advise on aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, ICAO, EASA) and their impact on operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in developing and managing compliance programs and conducting audits.
