OUR OFFER • Financial Perks: Free public transport with the Deutschlandticket, €50 monthly budget on your DAHER Corporate Account or for EGYM Wellpass, plus an employee referral program • Compensation: Overtime pay and bonuses for weekend and holiday shifts • Culture & Events: Regular team and company events, including summer parties • Health & Retirement: Occupational health management and a company pension scheme • Learning & Development: Intensive training and development opportunities YOUR TASKS • Check and inspection of aircraft outstanding works and non-conformities (structure, mechanic & electric) • Follow‑up of special processes as well as non‑conformities, corrective & preventive actions • Communication & workflow with customer teams • Preparation of non-conformity reports • Implementation of internal and customer procedures & instructions • Identification and traceability of the product in accordance with manufacturing documents YOUR QUALIFICATION • Completed technical education and training as a technician (all genders) or foreman • Professional experience in aviation and quality assurance • Good knowledge of methods (8D, root-cause-analysis, PPS etc.) for problem solving and practical experience • Profound experience with MS Excel and SAP • Analytical and organizational skills • Flexibility and team spirit • Ability to work in early and late shifts.
