Partnering with development, you’ll define direction, manage and prioritize the backlog, and ensure product outcomes align with business goals in a matrix environment. /p pbStarting date /b: upon agreement /p ul liDefine the product vision and roadmap for our material planning and inventory optimization modules. /li liOwn and prioritize the product backlog, translating business processes into clear user stories and requirements. /li liWork closely with engineering, UX, and business experts to deliver high-quality features. /li liValidate delivered features and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and product metrics. /li liCollaborate with airlines, MROs, and CAMO organizations to understand operational needs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and material optimization processes. /li liSolid mathematical foundation with a practical understanding of optimization and forecasting models and algorithms. /li liAbility to translate complex technical and operational processes into clear product requirements. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. /li liMaster’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related quantitative field. /li liFamiliarity with forecasting techniques and machine learning concepts. /li liFamiliarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA / FAA). /li liExperience with complex ERP or MRO platforms such as SAP, IFS, or AMOS. /li liExperience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in the supply chain field. /li liExperience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating within Scrum teams. /li /ul /p
