Requirements
• Previous experience in a Swiss HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
• Good knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating payroll and employee benefits.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a standalone HR function.
• Fluent English, good German is an advantage.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident working directly with senior management.

Take ownership of HR in a dynamic aviation environment.
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established aviation organisation based near Zurich Airport for an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of the HR function in Switzerland.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll be the primary HR contact, supporting employees and managers while ensuring compliant and efficient HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll preparation and salary administration.
• Manage social insurance, employee records and HR compliance.
• Advise managers and employees on Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
• Lead recruitment activities and coordinate onboarding.
• Arrange relocation support and travel where required.
• Manage Crew ID applications and other HR administrative processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and support business growth.
