In addition, you support the commander of the Br av 31 and the subordinate commands in coordinating and anticipating the succession of officers as well as in all technical matters relating to "Troop Personnel".

You thus play a central role in militia personnel planning and support the smooth functioning of a well-coordinated militia corps, in harmony with the professional organisation.

The cdmt Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Centre, the Special Forces Command as well as the Military Police. About 40% of the approximately 2,500 employees are employed in civilian roles, from engineers to analysts to aircraft mechanics.

The Swiss Army employs more than 9,000 employees in four military professions and about 200 civilian professions, across 110 sites throughout Switzerland.
