Promote loyalty by fostering positive client relationships and understanding customer needs. Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. A genuine passion for travel and the aviation sector.
