You will work side‑by‑side with our VP Commercial - Global Aviation, with direct access to the founders and the strategic questions that shape the company. You will own real pieces of the commercial engine from week one, and you will see exactly how a VC‑backed company is actually built.

At least one relevant internship already on the CV (startup, enterprise sales, commercial, consulting, or tech), preferably more Munich-based or willing to relocate. business‑fluent English. Stefan Smalla and Paul Schwarzenholz have built category leaders before. You will learn how. Skin in the game from week one.
