Your tasks
- Advising the business on all people related matters
- Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management
- Cascade and apply HR policy, Ethics & Compliance standards & national labour regulations towards the management
- Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives
- Support and encourage the development of all employees
- Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed

- Very good communication skills

- High level of integrity and awareness of potential compliance risks
- High level of service and customer orientation in order to meet the needs of various stakeholders
