Position Summary Are you passionate about aviation and delivering excellent customer service? As part of Jet Aviation, you will work alongside experienced professionals, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that shape the customer journey.

Preferred start date: August, or at the latest September 2026 for a duration of 6 months in Basel. Your Role Provide professional reception services at our newly established headquarters in Basel, ensuring a professional and welcoming customer experience.

Support the setup and continuous improvement of internal processes and operational procedures in alignment with the department's needs. Coordinate daily operational needs from subtenants and ensure efficient facility support. Assist the Customer Service Department in various operational tasks and ongoing projects.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and workplace experience. Your Profile Currently enrolled in a relevant study program e.g. Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles in a leading hospitality environment.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Strong interest in developing and improving processes and procedures. Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.

Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset. Opportunities to take responsibility and gain hands‑on experience.
