Barracks, Payerne | What you can contributeHead of Troop Personnel for Brigade 31 (Head of DBC 1)Barracks, Payerne | What you can contribute- Lead the Basic Command Domain 1 (DBC 1) of Brigade 31 (Br av 31), which is responsible for the management of the militia personnel of Br av 31 and its five subordinate air base commands, 14 troop units, and three instruction/school commands.- Support and advise the commander of Br av 31 as well as subordinate commands in the recruitment of cadres and militia members.- Ensure the recruitment and training of militia cadres of Br av 31 as well as its subordinate commands.- Lead the processing and supervision of military services (basic training, advanced training, training support, and peace promotion).- Develop and implement concepts and directives regarding military service for the members of Br av 31.- Represent the interests of Br av 31 in terms of Troop Personnel to higher authorities and third parties.What makes you unique- Commercial employee diploma or equivalent with higher professional education combined with several years of relevant experience for the position.- Extensive network in the Troop Personnel field as well as good knowledge of corresponding processes.- Analytical and conceptual mind with experience in leadership.- Officer or senior non-commissioned officer with experience in military personnel management desired.- Very good command of MS Office as well as knowledge of Army personnel management and control systems: PISA / MIL Office.- Good oral and written command of a second national language (French / German) and knowledge of a third national language is an asset.About usBrigade 31 (Br av 31), with its five air base commands, 14 troop units, and three subordinate instruction/school commands, is a very dynamic organization, focused on operations and instruction, which makes an essential contribution to the readiness and missions of the Air Force and the Army.

You thus play a central role in the management of militia personnel and support the smooth functioning of a well-coordinated militia corps, in harmony with professional requirements.

The JOC includes, in particular, the Air Force, the Land Forces, the territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command, as well as the Military Police. The Swiss Army employs people in military professions and civilian professions, across sites throughout Switzerland.
